Welcome to Lobby’s Australia. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of our products. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

2. Products & Descriptions

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies at any time without notice.

Due to screen and lighting variations, product colours may appear slightly different in person. All sizing information is approximate.

3. Orders & Payments 

Orders are accepted via our Shopify store and are subject to availability.

Placing an order is an offer to buy and is only accepted when we confirm dispatch. Title in the goods is transferred to you on dispatch. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

All prices are listed in AUD and include GST (where applicable).

Accepted payment methods include:

• Credit/Debit Cards

• Shopify Payments

• Apple Pay / Google Pay

• PayPal 

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days. Shipping timeframes may vary by location.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped. Delivery time frames are approximate.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or may be included in product pricing (where specified).

5. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Lobby’s purchase.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on over underwear. Items returned in unsaleable condition will not be accepted. You are responsible for return shipping fees.

6. Faulty Items

If your item is faulty or damaged on arrival, please email us within 7 days of receiving it. We will replace or refund your item in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lobby’s liability in respect of the goods is limited to: (a) the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; (b) the repair of the goods; (c) the payment of the cost of replacing the goods.

To the extent permitted by law, in no event will Lobby’s be liable for any Claims of any kind arising from or connected with the use of the Website or the goods, including, but not limited to, loss of use, loss of profits or loss of data, or direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.

8. Force Majeure

Lobby’s will not be liable by reason of the failure in the performance of obligations under these terms and conditions by reason of strikes, riots, fire, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental action, or any other cause which is beyond Lobby’s reasonable control.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, images, and product designs, is the property of Lobby’s Australia and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.

We collect personal information to fulfil your order and provide a seamless shopping experience.

11. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional codes are valid for a limited time only and cannot be applied retroactively.

One discount code per order.

We reserve the right to amend or cancel promotions at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

By using this site, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of NSW courts in the event of a dispute.
